Teresa Moreland, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer/Owner- retired from her family business in 2001, and pursued a second career in fitness and started working at various private gyms and fitness organizations obtaining numerous certifications including Personal Training. This inspired Teresa to get creative and focus on the niche of clients who want to stay fit and workout from home. Fit By My Design was officially born!
